The room was beautiful and clean. It's in a quiet area, but is near the highway. The only downside was the door on our room; the main lock was broken and the only way to keep it closed was to use the deadlock.
The room is fine, the bathroom indeed has a 100 gal. Jacuzzi tub which was nice.
This place has potential to be great, but falls short in the customer service department.
On my last night here, while celebrating my 1 year wedding anniversary an angry patron came knocking on my door asking me to move my car from his parking space. No one told me there were designated spaces, it's not written in the welcome packet and most importantly there aren't any numbered spaces. It's unfortunate that the owner then called me in my room to demand that I move my car to accommodate this late night jerk. When I asked why I should move the car? He said "it's common sense" that you should park next to your room, except this other space that this jerk wanted was right next to his space and next to his room. We thought this place was great, but now we won't be back.

60 Concord S, Gloucester, MA : Thompson St Reservation is just under the highway from the marked location of the hotel. There is a small dirt parking lot along the street. The trails are beautiful!
Cheap, Clean, and right off the highway. Rooms are small but comfortable. Not the latest décor and tech but something tells me you are here to spend time outside not in. Nice owners, old school charm. Price is right.
If you want help or logic, don't expect much here; if you don't want to be bothered in the middle of the night over a parking space, don't come here.
