I contacted Mark after being referred to Pristine Painting by a friend. He responded to my message within the hour, and was able to come look at our house the very next day. He did a thorough walk thru with me looking at the scope of the job (exterior). He got back to me quickly with an estimate and got us on the calendar in a very timely manner. I immediately felt comfortable with Mark's knowledge of paint, New England weather, old homes, etc. When they started the job, he and his crew arrived and quickly got to work. They arrived each day with a smile on their faces and worked cheerfully, and left their supplies/tools neatly organized at the end of each work day. As they moved through the job, they worked carefully and with great attention to detail. Mark and his team were fantastic! We had our entire house painted last Spring, and we could not have been happier with the result. From the first consultation, Mark was so easy to work with. He provided us with a detailed invoice of the work in advance, which we appreciated. He also assisted us in picking the perfect paint color, and we valued his opinion and expertise. Mark and his crew have done great work for us, both exterior and interior prep and painting, plus deck sanding & staining work. They are by far the best painters we have had for our 1870's house. We have hired them for years. Pristine Painters live up to their name: they are hardworking, use state of the art equipment, come when promised, work steadily until job is completed.
