I concur with others. The people who you talk to on the phone are not caring. They do things like put you on hold forever, and then forget to call in your prescription for a bee sting medicine before a holiday. I don’t want to go there anymore, even though the nurses were nice.

If you want to be taken care of and know your in good hands, this is not the place you want to go. The receptionists' have no respect for their patients, and communication with them is AWFUL. If anyone happens to be seeing Dr. Sheft, read this before doing so. Dr Sheft is by far the worst "doctor" in the building. She has no respect for her patients, no care, and treats them like absolute s***. Avoid this place if possible, otherwise you'll regret it.
