I buy more cars than the average person & have dealt with many different dealerships in different states & Sudbay CDJR is the absolute best dealership I have ever been to. They're not perfect as in my online appointment didn't go through & when I was looking to buy Attaan followed-up a bit too aggressively for my taste, but much better than average (& the bar is low for CDJR dealers).
That said, they didn't try to sell me anything & the snacks were great! I also saw someone else get new rotors under warranty, which I found refreshing as brakes are not always covered under warranty. They also had a great coupon & an oil change loyalty program. Most importantly, I didn't get the uneasy feeling that I got with Lawless & I refuse to deal with Herb Chambers in any way so I'll continue to drive out of my way to go to Sudbay.
Brought my Chevy equinox in to have the right quarter panel fixed and with in a few days the car was fixed looking brand new again, they also washed and clean the car inside and out. We were so very happy with the work they all did and the staff are all very nice. I would recommend sudbays to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you so much sudbays of Gloucester.
They were quick to repair my car on a walk-in basis. The waiting room was stocked with beverages and snacks, as well as wifi and cable tv.
Went here for my first time buying a car and had a phenomenal experience. I dealt primarily with Sal Lograsso and he was very thorough with all of his explanations and did a great job finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for.
